EVENT K+N LIVE 2025

Inspiration for the working world of the future

More than just an event: K+N LIVE sets the tone for tomorrow's working world

On 18 September 2025, we celebrated our 100th anniversary under the motto ‘CONNECT.COLLAB.CELEBRATE.’ With the K+N LIVE event, we are deliberately looking ahead.

More than 400 guests found their way to the WORK.CULTURE.CAMPUS in Karben. The partner event impressed with an exceptionally high density of top-class speakers, inspiring keynotes, interactive panels and practical ideas. The showroom and experience areas offered space to try things out, networking on an equal footing forged new connections, and the culinary programme rounded off the day.

The feedback was consistently positive: very high satisfaction, strong response and many concrete takeaways for the working world of tomorrow. This encourages us to continue with this format in the future.

The mix of speakers – diverse, cross-generational and inspiring – opened up new perspectives for our guests and noticeably enlivened the dialogue.

Inspiring key messages from our speakers and thought leaders

Yaël Meier

Co-founder of ZEAM, Gen Z expert, entrepreneur, actress, journalist

spoke about the changing expectations of younger generations regarding work culture: ‘We don't want a table tennis table. We want to be taken seriously.’

An eye-opener for many visitors.

Holger Stanislawski

Former professional footballer, coach, entrepreneur

‘Leadership means seeing people as whole beings, not as resources. And that also requires courage at the crucial moment, because defeats come all by themselves.‘

His credo: more genuine communication, less management jargon.

Tijen Onaran

Entrepreneur, investor (‘Die Höhle der Löwen’ [The Lion's Den])

’Diversity is not do-goodism. It is an economic imperative.'

Her appeal: Think more courageously, inclusively and visibly about leadership – without fear of change.

Anders Indset

Economic philosopher and SPIEGEL bestselling author

opened up spaces for reflection on technology, ethics and economic responsibility: ‘There is no shortage of answers, but rather a shortage of the right questions.’

Anna Alex

Entrepreneur, investor (Outfittery, Planetly, Nala Earth)

demonstrated with clarity and entrepreneurial conviction that sustainability is not an image factor, but a strategic lever for success.

‘We must stop thinking of sustainability as an extra. It is the new normal.’

Tim Janßen

Managing Director of Cradle to Cradle NGO, sustainability expert

‘Systemic change instead of symbolic politics: sustainable value creation requires new alliances and responsibility beyond corporate boundaries.’

Dr. Jens-Uwe Meyer

Management thought leader, author, digital entrepreneur

showed that true disruption does not come from tools, but from freedom of thought: ‘Innovation is not a project. It is an attitude.’

Dr. Nadja Henkel

Strategist, organisational consultant, executive coach

‘Self-organisation and psychological safety as the basis for modern collaboration.’

Her central concern: leadership must enable – not control.

Dr. Michael Trautmann

Founder, entrepreneur, new work pioneer

combined experience, speed and depth: ‘New Work is not a feel-good project – it is a leadership upgrade.’

Johanna Matheis

Specialist lawyer for tax law

‘Small and medium-sized enterprises in particular must address succession planning at an early stage in order to ensure the long-term and cross-generational preservation of assets.’

Her plea: plan the transition with foresight.

Holger Steinbrecht

Head of the new divison seKNd.life, König + Neurath

‘Sustainability only works if it is systematically thought out and consistently integrated into the business process – not as an add-on, but as a matter of course.’

Message of the day: The circular economy is not a vision – it is reality.
